These terms apply when you buy from Vision Parts Point, 218 Shopping Centre, Kota, Rajasthan 324007, India, or communicate with us on WhatsApp.

Products

We sell TV spare parts and accessories. We do not provide repair services. Product compatibility is confirmed on the basis of the model number or photos you share; please check details before ordering.

Prices and orders

Prices depend on model and quantity and are confirmed at the time of order. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and, where applicable, receive payment.

Delivery

Orders can be collected from our shop in Kota or shipped by courier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier partner.

Returns and replacements

Defective or incompatible items may be returned or replaced. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos within 7 days of receipt. Items damaged by incorrect installation are not covered.

WhatsApp messages

By messaging us you agree that we may reply and send updates about your enquiry or order. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out at any time. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any product is limited to its replacement or refund of the price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kota, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
