Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Vision Parts Point to delete the information we hold about you, including your contact details, WhatsApp conversation history and marketing preferences.

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +91 94685 87570 saying "DELETE MY DATA", from the number you want deleted. You can also call us on the same number or visit our shop.
2. We will confirm your request and delete your contact record, conversation history and preferences from our systems within 30 days.
3. We will reply to confirm once deletion is complete.

What we may keep

Invoices and transaction records that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
